Tasek Merimbun (Lake Merimbun in english) is a popular picnic spot attracting large crowds on the weekends. the lake is about 500 meters long by 150 meters wide. it is the largest lake in Brunei, just over an hour’s drive from Bandar Seri Begawan; it offers peaceful picnicking, birdwatching facilities and jungle trails.
